DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic orders, we use SF Express for express ground service. You will receive a tracking email immediately after your order is dispatched.

Annibody offers express shipping with all purchases within Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and China. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, assuming the order is placed before 11AM GMT +8.

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Please note that expedited shipping delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 11AM GMT +8 will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are primarily shipped via UPS, with some destinations serviced by other trackable couriers. During checkout, you can preview shipping rates and delivery estimates specific to your location.

Please note that import duties and taxes are due upon delivery and paid directly to the carrier. Annibody is not responsible for international duties and taxes. We cannot accept responsibility for orders rejected due to unpaid duties and taxes. International shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. If you refuse a shipment from ANNIBODY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ANNIBODY. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that any order containing pre-order items will be shipped out only once all items, including the pre-order products, have arrived at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for being aware of this policy when placing combined orders.

If you wish to receive in-stock items before your pre-order items become available, we highly recommend placing separate orders. This will ensure that your available items are shipped promptly while your pre-order is processed separately upon arrival.

Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged and with all tags attached. Please try on the bodysuit over your own garments. For Item(s) listed as "Made To Order", "Personalized"or "Pre-order" cannot be accepted. Your return and exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Each order undergoes quality control and is inspected twice before dispatch. However, if you believe you have received a defective product or missing components, please contact our help team immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will cover all return and shipping costs for any quality issues.

Pilates board, yoga mats, pilates ring, weight products (cuff weights, sandbells, resistance band, earth ring) and fitness equipments, accessories and Lily Nipple Covers cannot be returned. FINAL SALE items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

In-store purchases cannot be refunded. For discounted items and order value promotions, exchanges are only available for items purchased at a discount. Free gifts must be returned with exchanges. ANNIBODY reserves all final rights. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process your refund. Funds may take up to 10 additional days to show on your statement.

*All returns and exchanges are final. You can only apply for return and exchange once per order. For approved returns, items must be sent back within 7 business days, or we will assume you have forfeited the return request.
