Follow this technical framework:
Cuff Weights (lb):
- Lower Body: Start at 1% bodyweight per ankle
- Upper Body: Start at 0.5% bodyweight per wrist

Wipe with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water or use harsh chemicals.
How do the closures work?
