Can it be folded? What are the folded dimensions?
Yes, the Pilates board features a foldable design for easy storage.Folded size is 55 cm (unfolded length is 110 cm).
How heavy is it?

Is there a scratch-proof design on the bottom? Can I use it directly on the floor?
Yes, the bottom has non-slip pads that also protect your floor. However, we recommend using it with a yoga mat for better stability and protection.
Can I adjust the resistance level of the bands?
Yes. You can tie a knot at the end of the band to shorten its length and increase resistance.
What’s the difference between this and a Pilates reformer?
This is a lighter, foldable design. It cannot perform every reformer move, but it’s great for daily workouts and sessions between classes.
