DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For domestic orders, we use SF Express for express ground service. You will receive a tracking email immediately after your order is dispatched.

Annibody offers express shipping with all purchases within Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and China. Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, assuming the order is placed before 2pm GMT +8.

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Please note that expedited shipping delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM GMT +8 will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are primarily shipped via UPS, with some destinations serviced by other trackable couriers. During checkout, you can preview shipping rates and delivery estimates specific to your location.

Please note that import duties and taxes are due upon delivery and paid directly to the carrier. Annibody is not responsible for international duties and taxes. We cannot accept responsibility for orders rejected due to unpaid duties and taxes. International shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. If you refuse a shipment from ANNIBODY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ANNIBODY. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged and with all tags and hygiene liner attached. Please try on the bodysuit over your own garments. For Item(s) listed as "Made To Order", "Personalized"or "Pre-order" cannot be accepted. Accessories and Lily Nipple Covers cannot be returned. FINAL SALE items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process your refund. Funds may take up to 10 additional days to show on your statement.

*All returns and exchanges are final. You can only apply for return and exchange once per order.
