Annibody utilizes SF Express for all domestic orders, and Speedpost for all international orders.
For domestic orders, SF Express offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. You can contact +852 2730 0273 to track your shipment.
For Hong Kong address, Annibody offers free SF Express Ground shipping with purchase values over HKD$500.
We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM GMT +8 will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days, assuming order is placed before 2pm GMT +8. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) via Hong Kong Post Office service. Import Duties & Taxes are Due on delivery, paid to the carrier. We are not responsible for international duty and taxes. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. We cannot make any exceptions. When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. If you refuse a shipment from ANNIBODY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ANNIBODY. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We do not accept returns on any items. However, you could request an exchange for same item but another size if you encounter fit problems. We will accept exchanges that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged and with all tags and hygiene liner attached. For Item(s) listed as "Made To Order" or "Pre-order" cannot be accepted. We cannot make any exception.
Within 7 days of your order delivery, please send a EXCHANGE REQUEST Email with Order Number and details of the exchange to email@example.com to request a Exchange Authorization number (EA), which will be issued and emailed to you separately within 1 business day.
Please seal the package properly and choose a courier with tracking capabilities and email to us. We are not responsible for any lost packages. You are required to ship the return package within 2 days after EA issue date. Item(s) returned without obtaining an EA number and without the completed return claim form will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exception.
Any EA requests/returns delivery falling outside of the 7-day timeframe outlined below will not be accepted. We suggest customers who want an exchange to first return the items and make a separate order to facilitate process. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer must include provided filled in Exchange Form (packed with receipts in original shipping box) with all required information for the return to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of exchange to process your exchange. Funds may take up to 10 additional days to show on your statement.
